San Diego/Sea World (2 months late)
In September we took a much needed family vacation to Sea World. We debated between Sea World and Disney Land for awhile and finally decided on Sea World since Tytan is a Shark fanatic. All he wanted for his B-day were shark sheets and shark toys. The boys were awesome in the car and with only a few potty breaks we made it there in record time. Here are a few of our fav. parts of our San Diego week.
Ridge enjoying the best seat in the house...right on top of Tytan's sand castle. Our hotel was right on the water so we could literally walk out of our hotel room onto the sand.
Ridge burying himself under the sand castle.
One of the few pics. I got of Tytan looking at the camera. He is in his stage where he NEVER wants to look at the camera. If I catch him in the right moment I can get a glimpse of his face on camera.
Daddy and Ridge walking the beach.
Ridge is completely fearless. He saw a mom and 5 baby ducks in the water and he would follow them any where. He would walk out into the ocean up to his neck and not have a care in the world.
The boys making a sand castle. One of the many...
The boys driving to Cali. showing off the sun glasses. Tyt insists on putting on his own glasses so they are always a little crooked.
Hard to see but a shark right above his head. Had to post this since it was one of the few showing his face.
Ridge checking out the seals/sea lions.
By far the highlight of the trip for Tyt was the Shark Encounter. I think I lost count how many times we went through and saw the sharks. He can tell you the name of pretty much every shark.
The dolphins were my favorite. They were so friendly they were always right up next to the glass.
Mr. Walrus...Ridge sat next to him for soo long just laughing and laughing. He would eat a fish then spit it out over and over. A little disgusting but he was highly entertained.
The beluga whale
More Dolphins..
The manta rays. Ridge and Tytan sat on that ledge petting these slimy guys forever.
Of course we had to get a picture with Shamu.
More Shamu.. The boys really did so well through the entire vacation. Sometimes staying at a new place and being out of routine can get a little crazy but it was so needed and so fun.
*Our house is coming up pretty fast now so I will be posting a few pics. of the progress soon.

MIDWESTERN GRADUATION
Yes we are all still alive and well. I know it has been waaay to long since my last post. We have been a little busy. We moved from Glendale to Gilbert the beginning of July and I couldn't be happier. We moved in with my parents while we are having a house built. It has been a lot of fun being around so much family all the time. Our new house will be in my sister Melissa's ward. We are sooo excited to be in Gilbert, have a new house, and live so close to so many of my brothers and sisters. It is a little sad that we now live about 45 min. to an hour away from Peter's side of the family. The most exciting thing that happened since I posted last is that Peter is finally and forever done with school. He graduated from Midwestern University with his Doctorate of Pharmacy. I couldn't be more proud of him. Since graduation he passed both of his exams and is now a Pharmacy manager. These pictures are completely out of order but you get the idea.
Showing off his diploma with his dad.
Peter and I right after graduation. for being June 12th is wasn't too hot. Thank goodness.
The second best part of graduating....Throwing away all the papers he no longer has to hold onto.
The group right after graduation. Thank you all for coming out to support Pete!!
Peter and his bff Phil from school.
Receiving his diploma right after graduation. Can he look any happier?
Walking out of the auditorium after graduation.
Walking into the auditorium. Sorry I know sooo out of order.

For Rent
Peter and I are moving to Gilbert after he graduates so we will need to find a renter for our house in Glendale. We need your help to spread the word. I have heard so many horror stories when it comes to crazy renters and I am terrified to get one of those. The house will be available about the middle of July. I know that is about 3 1/2 months away still but I wanted to get the word out there first to friends and family before we had to resort to posting it on craigslist or going through an agency. So here are the house stats...
-size: 1400 sq ft-
-3 bed 2 1/2 bath-
-2 stories-
-cable, water, trash, hoa included-
-no/little yard work-
-backyard-
-near Midwestern University, Glendale community college and University of Phoenix Stadium-
-Great landlords (ha ha)-
-$925 month-
we are asking less than other houses the same size because we would rather get less for exchange for a good renter. So if any of you know someone that is going to or about to go to Midwestern send them our way. Sorry I'm not posting a picture because I am a big chicken and I don't want a pic. on the web. If you or anyone you know is interested please leave a comment.
